The pricing of any product shall be determined and may be adjusted from time to time by Altinex and advertised as such in the pricing agreement to be provided by Altinex. All invoices issued by Altinex shall be due within the month of issue. No product shall be due for delivery or handover until such invoice has been paid in full to the satisfaction of Altinex. All product orders which do not include invoices for immediate payment shall be subject to a payment agreement in accordance with the agreement of sale. Altinex reserves the right to refuse further deliver/handover of products and make use of the legal remedies available to it should a party to such agreement of sale not adhere to the terms in the payment agreement. Should the payment information, or any other information pertaining to payment for or pricing of Altinex products change; the purchaser or other party shall be formally notified by Altinex. Altinex shall not notify any person of a change of banking details in an open e-mail to purchasers or other parties, and Altinex shall bear no responsibility for any such fraudulent information being transmitted.
